The Laestrygonians

     Odysseus and his men came upon the Laesrygonian city of Telepylus. The Laesrygonians were a race of powerful cannibal giants, ruled by their king, Antiphates. Odysseus sent some scouts out to see what kind of peoples lived there. Antiphates and his unnamed queen made those scouts into dinner. Once Odysseus and his crew see this, they flee back towards their ships, but the Laesrygonians pelt them with rocks and boulders and sink all of the boats but Odyssues' boat.
